I couldnt agree more with the last review of this insurance company. When my mother died in September I had to make a claim for missed flight to Spain, they want an extraordinary amount of information, not all relevant, once they got it I had three letters to say sorry about the delay they were very busy and the last requested a cancellation invoice from the flight company, which seems impossible to obtain..I wonder if they know that. I am now threatening legal action.
