should be called "insure and go xxxx yourself if you want to claim"

claiming for a ring 19 years old and they insist on a receipt.

you need to show bank statements for cash withdrawls if claiming for cash.

once bitten twice shy certainly is true as far as these guys are concerned.

never again. the fact that they make claiming such a tedious and annoying process at a time when you have had a bad experience is taking the mick.

YOU WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
