Advantages: Loose money

Disadvantages: Bad customer care, and it seems like never gonna pay any money

Inusure and go gives Laptop cover insurance throguh CompuCare they in one way by their policy covers absolutly every thing. Excpet unattated I bought this for my new mac book. My laptop was stolen from my college Library (I live and study in a residential college where we live as a cmmunity) we do not have any access other than through a locked door and even the door for the lib was closed. I went out for a 15 min break and my stuff was stolen. I send the claim detials but there was a massive delay for the reply well they never replied even though they always claim that they send a letter by post ( do u really think that royal mail is that bad) and it has not been reached me! - they rejected my claim saying that it was unattended in a public porperty !
Locked secure buliding --stolen from the residance !- come on it is no way public nad for the worst the customer serive is so bad that i never even got proper replies for my appeal - well still wating to hear from them
I would not advice any one to get this CompuCover from Insure and Go
Shemil

Summary: Bad bad bad - well never even reply for the mails in time

As Iain said below. I have asked for this to be moved for you. It always pays to check the small print and, if unsure about something, to ask BEFORE you need to know. I'm afraid that I would view a college library as "Public" - you may have to come through a locked door but there's really no check on who is coming through (whether they are a legit keyholder or not). I was also a victim of college theft when I was at uni (again from a locked library and the theft was of items only useful to students at that college) but alas no insurance will cover that as standard.

As this is in the category for travel insurance, it's in the wrong place and therefore unhelpful.
