Advantages: Great customer service

Disadvantages: policy a bit longwinded

don't know what you're all wittering on about! I was ill in Peru and the help I got was amazing - my claim was paid with no probs at all - had my bag stolen too and the same thing there - guess the rest of you were unlucky. Like all insurance things you just have to read the key facts book and you should be ok. Policy's a bit longwinded but I'll be using them again!
