Automatic renewal Overcharge with insureandgo!!!
I have an annual black cover with insureandgo that has just tried to renew my cover automatically (as it is expiring). Having checked their website, they are offering to renew my cover for 7.5% MORE than is available for new customers online. So rather than offering you a discount for loyalty, they want to overcharge you for the benefit of continued business. (i have not claimed anything by the way)

Summary: Auto renewal of insure and go cover at higher cost than advertised online!!
