i baught a policy on 26 10 08 i got halfway to my destination when i had a 12 hour stop over to my conecting flight i started to feel unwell and did not fly on the second leg no one spoke english at the airport my documents were in transit so after spending a night on the floor of the airport had to pay a further 300 euros to get home i was shoked at the way insure and go treated me and told me as i didnt phone them at the airport and didnt get a doctor to say i was unfit to travel i had no claim and they would only refund my policy as it was within the 14 days still not had a refund after repeted requests insure and go were more than happy to take my money but its a diferent story when u make a claim i would strongly advise against useing this company
