Insure and Go Reviews

Made a claim with them a few months ago for a damaged suitcase. Must say contrary to a few of the reviews on here I was impressed with the speed and ease of the claim and as such would reccomend them.

Delayed in San Francisco having booked into hotel in New York. Winter STORM hit New York grounding over 4500 flights. No travel delay claim, no catastrophe(storm) claim, and even wanted £1 for a poxy travel insurance card. Usual letter of 'being looked into'. AVOID or USE AT YOUR PERIL. You have been WARNED!!

Inusure and go gives Laptop cover insurance throguh CompuCare they in one way by their policy covers absolutly every thing. Excpet unattated I bought this for my new mac book. should be called "insure and go xxxx yourself if you want to claim" claiming for a ring 19 years old and they insist on a receipt. you need to show bank statements for cash withdrawls if claiming for cash. once bitten twice shy certainly is true as far as these guys are concerned. never again. ...  Read the complete review

Insure and Go- Go somewhere else !
They may be cheap but try claiming and you get what you paid for a cheap service.
We had a 15 hour delay in July 2006 and are still awaiting payment of our delay calim in Jan 07-losses paperwork , too busy with other claims etc etc.

Stay away-pay a bit more it will be worth it if you need to calim

Took out insurance with insure and go and had to make a claim for stolen bag and phone. Sent off all documentation and like the other person received 3 letters apologising for the delay processing. Eventually received letter asking for details of my mobile contract and proof I'd cancelled SIM. Haven't bothered replying. Tesco Insurance paid out for my husbands stolen phone within a week of putting in claim. Insure and Go are rubbish!!!

Re Insure and Go I couldnt agree more with the last review of this insurance company. They are without a doubt the worst insurance company I have ever used. Everytime I have called up their staff are very rude and un-helpful. We had an annual mult-trip policy and after claiming after a villa burglary where we had stolen Ipods, speakers, cash etc etc I got back £154.92.
