I choose these on reccommendation as 'best value for money',until you make a claim that is! I took out travel insurance with Primary Insurance for myself,wife,daughter(9) and son(10)for a Forida vacation. Anyway,upon arrival in Naples,Florida,we were told there would be a mandatory evacuation the next day,due to hurricane 'Wilma' and we would have to find other accommodation. As we had 'disaster' cover with our policy,we hired a villa in Orlando,at a cost of only £300,nothing like the luxury apartment complex we had just left,but at least we were safe. Where do I start! A catologue of errors, It all started in the USA I had a case of delayed baggage which arrived the next afternoon since I was travelling around meant I had to stay in boston for 2 nights. No problem Ive got insurance I said to myself little was I to know I was to embark on a painful, fustrating and unnecessary journey into the world of Primary Loss Adjusters!
