I am an obsessive fisherman.

A sad as it may sound it is true and it leads to spending a great deal of time alone. In pursuit of specemin fish I have a number of fantastic memories. As you may or may not know fisherman spend an inordinate amount of time taking photographs of their catch and putting them into albums. This is relatyively easy if you fish with a companion. Photgraphing yourself with a large wriggling fish is no mean feat but while trying to hold an expensive camera far enough away from you to get a decent shot it is about impossible.

My gfriend (the thoughtful soul that she is) bought me one of these last christmas. Since then photographing myself with my catch is easy. The pod can be attached to just about anything. A fence, tree bush or even set up on a wet muddy floor. It is brilliant. The other great advantage is that by using this awesome bit of kit and the timer on my camera i can take pictures of me and my frends withut anyone not being in the picture. I also don't have to rely on dodgy mebers of the public to be entrusted with my camera to this end.

If you are a fisherman this is a great piece of kit. I would also highly recomend it for anyone who spends time outdoors with friends it really can make things a whole lot easier. It looks cool too! I would recomend it highly.
