I have recently upgraded my tumble dryer from a white knight and after hearing a few reviews on this one I thought it sounded good, plus I have hotpoint products at the minute and like them anyway. The product --> The tumble dryer is in white, and has no see through door, so it looks more like a dishwasher! I prefer this kind of design, before I had always had a window in to see what was drying and I felt bored with that design. The height of this is 85cm, I don't find it too bulky either. The whole model is in white, with the digits in black, and the logo on the front of the door. It is push to open, and opens to the left. It has the vented area in the ... Read the complete review

I paid £177.00 for this item in August 2008.. I was very careful when looking for a new tumble dryer, I needed to buy one which was going to be reliable as well as a top performer, I use my dryer on a daily basis throughout the Winter months, and have found with other tumble dryers they often leave garments very creased. The Hotpoint Aquarious TCM570P was just what I was looking for, the drying cycle can be set for up to 160 minutes and is the usual 'high heat', 'low heat' setting. It is a condenser dryer with a drawer to the left of the dial which is taken out and emptied once either full or nearly full with water which has been ... Read the complete review

We bought this tumble dryer about 6 months ago, and it has been in constant use since, without any problems or worries. It cost just less than £200 and for that price it really cannot be beat, especially as it is a well known brand. The timer dial goes from 0 - 160 minutes, with a big button next to it that says 'start' so it is easy to use! It has the usual high/low heat button, with a useful table next to it that tells you what clothes require low and high heats, useful if your not sure! It has an empty water indicator light, although I have never seen it come on as I empty it well before. It is easy to pull out the water drawer and empty it. It has a filter for the ... We bought this tumble dryer when we realised that the washer/dryer in our flat would not dry any of our clothes effectively. It has a very large drum which is great for big loads, and when in use is remarkably quiet even when the dryer balls are flying around inside it! We often leave it running when we go to bed, and considering we live in a flat and the kitchen is one door down from our bedroom this is remarkably quiet for a dryer. The dry cycle can be set between 1 and 160 minutes, however we have never had to go beyond 120 to dry any loads. You can set the heat to high or low, but we always keep it on low, and clothes are always dry in a ... Read the complete review
