XL 500 II's are pretty cool tables (Gemini XL-500 II)

Advantages: Easy BPMing, good pitch control, and direct drive

Disadvantages: pitch bend button

These are damn good tables for new djs. When it comes to beat matching...you can match the songs quickly, and go off and fix a pot of coffee and come back...and they still will be BPMed nicely. These decks go great with a pioneer djm500 mixer. I am very happy with them, but still want to get techs. Only because I'm told it's a better machine. When it all boils down to it...it really doesn't matter what machine you get if you're a good dj.

Summary: these are great if you are a quick moving dj, that needs your songs bpmed quickly.
