MSI Digi VOX Mini II V3.0 ... brought this great little gadget from ebuyer, for about £16, which really is a giveaway. This device is very small, about the size of a big USB memory stick, and has just the coaxial arial input and the USB port on it. In the box, you get: - The USB device, USB extension lead, Drivers, User Guide, Portable antenna, and a small remote control. The software that comes with it is called TotalMedia 3. When you start the program, you can select from TV, Picture, Video and Setup. From selecting TV, you can select Full Screen, EPG (Electronic Program Guide), Channels, Recorded TV, Schedule, Capture Frame, Teletext and settings. Full Screen obviously just puts the TV into fu... Hauppauge WinTV USB2 ... was looking around at various "TV on your PC" products for quite a while and this one caught my eye, most simply because it was one of the first USB ones I was to come across. After reading up a little more about this product I decided to buy it. I got it home, unpacked it, looked at the instructions "install and use in less than 15 minutes" GREAT! I thought to myself, but oh how I was wrong. Although this may appear as easy to get up and running its totally the opposite. Freecom DVB-T USB stick ... analogue TV on the way out it was time to get to grips with the TV future of our home. We have cable from Virgin Media but I was looking for a cheaper alternative and one that was perhaps a bit different from the usual freepay boxes. I found such a device on riverstream.co.uk for a pricey sum of 16.97 plus 99p postage. It promptly arrived just 2 days later and I was keen to seen the outcome on my new computer. Unfortunately everytime I tried to load the software which comes with the unit my computer crashed. Umpteen emails and a new device later and I was still no further forward.
