Pinnacle PCTV Hybrid Pro Stick 330e ... have bought this stick last week and I have to warn everybody to be very careful as it does not work very well if you are using win xp. I have a HP pavillion zx5000 series and cannot get good tv as the images come very choppy and does not sync. I can get teletext and radio alright but nothing as far as video. I have even tried to connect my video camera to it and the video does not sync as well. Unless pinnacle does something about this with a new driver or something else I do not recomend this product to anybody who would like to have tv in their portables. I especially like special effects and gimmicky stuff and try to incorporate this into my finished DVD/VCD. I ve tried various software packages and found most of them to be pretty good for what I want them to do. Sometimes all you want to do of course is just edit parts of the picture/video that you don t particularly like. Pinnacle Studio DV version 9 ... 9 is nigh on Dickensian, it left me thinking that ‘it was the best of software it was the worst of software’, how can one ‘umble product leave you ripping your hair out as well as oddly satisfied, in fact it practically left me asking for more. The software is actually very good; especially for the price in fact it makes the editing process remarkably simple, transitions, multi-level sound and image editors. But the package could drive anybody to the brink of insanity. The software is quite large and uses up a huge amount of a computers resources, so shutting everything down (as they themselves recommend) is a very good idea, however if like me you’ve got a co...
