	Ideal World ... ordered a Ubisurfer netbook for £150 - payable over 3 monthly payments of £50 under their Flexiplay scheme. The Ubisurfer was faulty when it arrived - its battery would not charge enough for more than 15 minutes usage - and so I rang for a replacement. I was asked to return it to their Peterborough, UK address by Royal Mail special delivery and that they would refund the cost of return - £8.95. At the time of writing I have not had this postage refunded. I rang Customer Services to see when I would get my replacement. 	Sky Plus (Sky+) ... summer, me and my hubby were watching TV. when an advert came on offering a free sky plus box to new customers. My hubby was quite annoyed at this, as he had been a loyal sky customer for the last 15 years. So with my encouragement, he rang up the sky office and told them he wanted to cancel his sky account. When They enquired why, my husband explained that he felt cheated that they were only offering the free sky plus offer to new customers. He was then transferred to another department.
