On the 4th august 2004 I won an auction for a DVD Recorder on chase it tv. On the 5th August 2004 they took £198 out of my bank account by way of my visa/credit card. Delivery was supposed to be in ten days. I have received nothing as yet. I have e mailed them four times and received no reply, faxed them and again received no reply. I then left a message on a telephone answering machine, however they have not come back to me. I phoned them tonight, was told there was a queque and to hold the line, after 25 minutes I gave up. It is a disgrace that a company such as this can still operate and are ripping people off. Don't buy from them, they should be closed down. Phil Smith

- 15/11/04 I won a Vivitar digital camera on Chase-it.tv they deducted £100 from my credit card and guess what? No goods. Over three weeks now and I have written three times, Emailed twice and tried to phone to no avail.
Next call Trading Standards and the Broadcasting Standards. Do not use Chase-it.TV they are conning us all!

I'm in a similar situation myself and would like to know if/when you received your DVD recorder. I ordered a digital camera 4 weeks ago and was also told it would be delivered within 5 working days. The money has been taken off my card, can't get through on their customer service telephone line, faxes go unanswered and emails just get an automatic response. I'm giving it another week and then I'm going to pay them a personal visit to find out whats occurring. Not a happy customer, I will not be buying anything from them again and I'd advise everyone to steer well clear of this bunch of cowboys.

- 04/11/04 I bought a camera on the 17th August from Chase it the money was debited out of the account on the 19th August, we still have no camera. After several emails and phone calls, we still have not received the goods. We have informed Trading Standards about this and eventually got intouch with my bank who has not only received my complaint regarding this company but several others, are now crediting my account of the full amount within 5days, then they will contact them to get their money back.
We are now not buying anything else from them and if anybody asks us we are going to tell them don't bother
