Advantages: Easy Shopping

Disadvantages: Easy for them to make "mistakes"

Needed a new toaster, saw one on Bid-up.Phoned in and got one for about £23 incl p&p. Then when I got my credit card statement there's a second debit of £69.99 apparantly for a steam press which I never bid for or received. Keep a record of what you've bid for . It's easy to miss these "mistakes". I am at present wating for a form from Bid-up to get a refund so watch this space.

Summary: I'll stick to the high street
