What started as a bit of fun is turning into a disaster.I started bidding 3 weeks ago,i bidded for some glass place mats.They turned up 4 days later.Smashed.I immediatly phoned them and was told they would pick them up in 3 days.That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and its still here.I have waited in for them to collect it 4 times now they have still to turn up.I am now past my 14 days money back guarentee but they needn't bother on that one.I have bidded for many things since then if i had known i wouldn't have!
I also ordered some dnky pj's they sent me the wrong size.So i rang them and they told me to send it back by royal mail and i would recieve the p&p back.Well i haven't.They have now told me i will not recieve any P&p money back as they were not faulty!They sent me the wrong size!So i have lost out on £10 all in for p&p and the pj's were only £17!
As if this wasn't bad enough i looked at my bank statement on the internet to see they have charged me twice for 2 of my orders.I rang them again to be told they have no record of this and if i want my money back i have to send them a copy of my statement they will then pass it on to the appropriate department who will then review it.Lets hope i don't go overdrawn between now and then.
I would recommend that if you do bid-up,make sure you don't have to return anything.All in all i recommend you steer well clear of bid-up tv.I will now sit in and await the pick up of my parcel.We can but hope!
