Boomberg TV

Newest Review: ... to Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, who clearly know what they are talking about, some more arrogant than others, but I can forgive that. Everything is discussed, from the prospects of the NASDAQ recovering, or the undervalued Euro, to UK Interest rates and productivity prospects. The analysis is really good, don’t t ake my word for it. <Foreign Exchange> As I said two paragraphs ago, the viewer is tossed from the presenter of one country to another, you really gain a lot of concise and accurate insight. Some of the adverts show that Bloomberg pride th... more

Digital TV viewers have a vast range of choice when it comes to news, the same is the case for financial news, Bloomberg is a market maker! In case you don’t know who Bloomberg are, Bloomberg is an international media organisation specializing in all things financial or business related. I shall be looking at their television channel in the UK. For Sky Digital viewers it’s channel 504 on your digibox. This channel is probably not free to air, but you will have this if you have a half decent package. At first sight, Bloomberg would seem to be an America focused TV channel, with American priorities and American values, that it far from the ...  Read the complete review

Bloomberg TV is a channel that keeps you informed with the latest happenings in the world of the stock market, it covers all the stock market's from the one in London to the one in HongKong. It is an excellent way to find out the financial news making the headlines and a very good chance to keep an eye on stocks which you might have. They have news desk, breaking news and all you need to know about the world of the stock market. It is an excellent channel with very good presenter's. The best thing about Bloomberg is that it has live-share prices which are displayed on the screen, all day. It also has programmes like stock pickers, which is an excellent ...  Read the complete review

This channel is a financial channel and is availabe 24 hrs a day and has the best service on to keep with your shares. It has regular share tippers coming on telling you the buy or sell for the day. It keeps you upto date with the NASDAQ and other markets and generally offers a very good service but at times it gets abit repititive but that is understandable broadcasting 24/7. I recommend this channel and www.sharelineuk.co.uk to anyone with an intrest in the stock market. To me it offers a valuable service ...  Read the complete review

Have you ever wondered how your stock and shares are doing if so then this is the channel for you. The screen features various different rolling screens with financial information. A small section of the screen is donated to the presenter, news and current events, weather, financial related matters are covered. On the screen you can sometimes find weather updates flashing but not always. Currencies are extensively covered on the screen exchange rates etc. I find this channel rather boring and don’t watch it very often but if you are into this you will find it on channel 504 on Sky Digital. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Boomberg TV: Not enough hours in the day (97 words)

I only found Bloomberg by chance, trawling channels on sky with the old remote. Before that I used to rely on ceefax for finance information. The information Bloomberg give out in the morning in most cases is generally up to date , as it breaks stuff, which can often influence share prices. Either corporate news, or broker share recommendations, in particular Paul Kavenagh's tips. For day traders his recommendations are valuable and do shape share prices. Other points are uptodate share prices whizzing along the bottom of the screen. Useful, but you need good concentration. ...  Read the complete review
