Not so great bt vision (BT Vision)

Advantages: Pause and Rewind live tv

Disadvantages: Not so many great channels

I was recently talked in to bt vision by a sales man on the phone everything looked good at the time I was told we would recieve a freeview box with all the channels on gold package at a great price so I thought why not.
It all seemed great being able to pause live tv and rewind tv and watch loads of tv on demand most of that was true but when I recieved my bill I was charged £199.99 for the freeview box and not given the correct package I had previously asked for so as you would imagine I was not a happy lady.
After speaking to a salesperxon was assured the £199.99 would not have to be paid and upgraded to the correct package.

I had been with bt vision for 2 weeks and noticed it wasnt as great as I had first been told there were certain tv shows I couldnt watch and the lack of kids tv was a bit of a down side as my kids had come from being able to watch all the channels sky tv supply to the very few bt vision supply.
Its a bit like an ordinary freeview box only you are able to pause and rewind live tv.

Needless to say I went back to sky tv only 3 weeks after first viewing bt vision and will not go back.

Summary: Ok for some people but not great
