Advantages: Easy touch button Watch and Record

Disadvantages: It won't make a cup of tea, but gives me time to do so.

I am delighted with BT Vision which I have had for six months. The few teething problems in the first week were resolved easily on the phone. I have not used the ON DEMAND feature yet as so far there hasn't been anything I particularly wanted to hire, but everything else works really well. You never miss a programme as it's easy to pause and rewind Live TV and record programmes at the touch of a button. You can also record 2 programmes at once. You can set it to record a whole Series. It doesn't matter if the times are changed because the Programme will always record. I would also like to say that my TV is a 22 year-old SONY, and still has a good picture. BT Vision adapts the screen size to suit. I'm hoping it will last until the changeover to Digital in 2011 for my area. I am also looking forward to any future innovations. Thank You BT.
