Advantages: wide range of programmes on demand/cheaper than sky

Disadvantages: technical glitches with the hdmi output come on bt sort it out

hi ive recently ordered bt vision and i found it easy to install and operate the only thing i found is that they dont tell you that certain brands of tv wont work properly via the hdmi output when i ran the service through it their was no sound and when i rang up to ask what way can i fix this problem they said i couldnt as certain tv's are not compatible yet till thwey do a software upgrade you think they would ask you what tv you have when ordering wouldnt you mine tv is a mirai i belive others with certain sony's or samsung tv's have the same problem as me also be warned if you dont have a good areial you wont get all the freeview channels and please bt if you read this review sort out the technical glitches before you launch a product to the mass market julian caine bilsthorpe newark nottinghamshire
