Advantages: Pause/Rewind

Disadvantages: Remote, no SKY1

Had BT Vision for about a year now, teething problems at first, and major issues when I moved house, but since then most things are OK. I still have the 1 to 2 minute delay before the remote will work after the box comes out of stand-by but have learnt to live with that. Technical support says I need to re-set the box to factory settings, but as this will lose all my recordings I've never bothered. Initially I was using Scart cables to connect to the TV, but recently switched to HDMI, no problems at all. I have downloaded an HD film, only gripe with this is the time taken to download, over 5 hours, so you need to plan in advance. Being able to pause/rewind is great, having 2 tuners also very useful. My TV has another tuner so in effect I can record two programs while watching a third. Doesn't happen often, rare you find 3 things worth watching!
What I'm waiting for now is BT to do a deal with SKY so I can get to watch 24 and the other really good SKY1 programs that are just not available anywhere else. So come on BT make it happen, if Virgin were able to strike a deal I'm sure you can!

Summary: Good service, could be improved with the addition of more channels
