Disadvantages: Hours spent on the phone

having had bt vision for over 18 months and experiencing several problems i have finaly cancelled the service and ordered sky. the main problem is the picture freezing, and that a lot of the time the service is " curently unavailiable".
The support at BT is worse than useless, they have you running around unpluging wires, unscrewing telephone sockets, and watching lights for hours on end...... The last straw was when i rang once again and the girl on the other end of the phone after getting me to unscrew the telephone socket agin, told me she was too busy to help me any further because there were calls waiting to be answered, when i asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up on me, customer service or what. My advice avoid BT vision at all costs, just not worth the hassal. As soon as my broadband contract is ended that is being changed too.
