Advantages: Superb On Demand TV's and Movies,Cheaper than SKY

Disadvantages: Very Very poor reliability

I have Both BT Vision and Sky, Reasons being BT brilliantly give you Setanta (Espn) For free if you sign up to the bronze, silver or gold packages, Excellent Idea as I pay £5.99 as opposed to £10.99 for the sports.

BT Vision on demand is outstanding, the range of films and tv shows both New and Old mean you rarely have nothing to watch.

With the usual freeview channels this sounds like a perfect deal, HOWEVER, I live in the sticks meaning weare due power cuts every now and then, this proves a very irittating problem the very tempermental BT Vision box, sometimes and I mean sometimes it wll reboot perfectly and nothing wrong, although 9/10 times there will be errors, it may ask for a re scan for channels or when trying to use the on demand will then say "no" Error V04 call BT (lets be honest, we all know how poor the customer service for BT is).

Another big problem is that due to the above errors this means that in this day and age of High energy prices you cannot turn it off by the plug in fear of never watching an old episode of "harry enfield and chums" or catching up with the brilliant "dragons den".

I can't help but feel if just a little bit more work had gone into BT Vision it could have beenso much more, cheaper movies than Sky a much bigger range of movies and old classics for those Hangover Sundays, WHY BT WHY did you not just try and go one better.

Summary: BT Vision could have been so much more if they'd have finished the job properly
