well after being with sky for a year and having lots of trouble canceling my contract with them which was 78 pound a month!! i decided to leave for good!
we already have bt phone and fiber obtics and have no problems with our service so thought we'd give their tv a go :)
the customer service is brill unlike sky! and they were so helpful, explained everything to me, i did a test on line and we have a good signal strength so will get all the chanels..yay!!
so far waiting for my box and engineer coming on wednesday but their customer service and the information they have given me and the price are all fab right now....im having a much better experience with bt than with sky by far!
if im wrong and the service is rubbish i'll update my review however i have a feeling it will all be fine
