It's hard to understand why channel 5 gets such bad press, well no, it's not that hard. But whats so good about channel 5 is that like the bbc and itv, it doesn't try to cater for everyone and basically all you do is spend ur time flicking between channels.

If I had the choice of only one channel it would be this because you get:

Sport: Although the late night baseball is rubbish.

News: Which is very informative and takes a more modern approach to giving the news.

Films: An excellent choice of movies every single night, From modern movies to the old classics, The Enforcer was on tonight which is a Clint Classic! Thats not all folks, theres the late night porn on at the weekend, QUALITY!!!

Documentaries: By far the most entertaining of any of the channels and cover not only boring wild life ones but also stuff about planes etc, I was particularly impressed by the most evil men and women in history ones.

Soaps: It's got probably the best soap on tv if thats your bag baby! Family Affairs of course, the most funny anyway, comedy always around the corner (not intended though) and it's got qutie a few hotties in it.

It's also full of other programmes which, obviously some will be crap but on the whole this is a great channel and unlike those bumping b@$t***ds at the BBC, you don't have to pay for it!

So to sum it all up, channel 5 still has some of the flaws of other channels but on the whole its far better although it's generally (i dont know if its intentional) aimed at the younger audience. My favourite and should be yours too, especially since its free lol
