Disney Channel is a channel that shows old and new shows that have been created by the Disney Team.

Programmes begin at around 6am and finish at night around 12, after this time there are advertisements for Disney programmes shown to fill the time until the next days shows begin.

There are other channels that are also related to the Disney Channel including:
Disney Channel +1 which is a channel that shows everything on the Original Disney Channel an hour later.

Disney Cinemagic which is a channel that shows all different movies old and new from the Disney team showing anything from High School music to Toy Story.

Playhouse Disney which is a channel dedicated to the little ones playing young childrens programmes such as Mickey Mouses Playhouse and Little Einesteins.

The ABC channel on sky is also related to the Disney Channel which shows more adult family based programmes.

Disney Channel airs TV shows that are aimed at a younger audience though some times I am not ashamed to admit that I even find their shows entertaining. There is a range of cartoons such as Recess, Kim Possible and many more and they also air different programmes such as Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place, Camp Rock and many more.

I think that the Disney Channel is a great channel to watch on TV and is a great channel for kids as there very few commercial breaks on it (only ones for the Disney Channel) and there is some great shows that are suitable for all ages no matter what time of the day it is.
