E4 is a channel available to those who have Sky Digital or those who have freeview. The channel is the only one I watch on freeview because of the good shows it has on. No matter what time of the day you turn on the TV and put E4 on they have something interesting to watch.

Some of their top shows on the channel include
* SmallVille
* Desperate House Wives
* The Inbetweeners
* Ghost Whispererer
* My name is Earl
* The Big Bang theory
* Scrubs
* Ugly Betty

Looking at that list of shows all of them are very good quality shows to watch. If you are to miss any of the shows you can always tune into E4 plus one to catch up with the shows you missed. The only thing I can say about E4 which I do not like is the amount of times they show Scrubs! How many times a day do they show Scrubs? Its become endless now around 3 times a day and midnight last month they were showing a lot of Scrub shows then.

Everything else is good on the channel they are currently showing repeat shows of Ugly Betty and The Inbetweeners. This gives time to those who have missed the shows to catch up. E4 provides the best entertainment from all the freeview channels I have watched.
