Advantages: some good shows

Disadvantages: lots of repeats

E4 is a tv channel that was launched in 2001 so is it any wander that they have run out of original programs to show and resorted to re running some of the more popular series to be on channel 4.

The channel is supposedly aimed at a age group of 15 to 35 year olds but would depend on your tv tastes as to weather you like the channel.

It is available on freeview on channel 28, virgin media on channel 143, sky on channel 136 and tiscali on channel 14.

E4 has a variety of shows of which includes friends which most of us love to watch but unfortunately there is only so many times you can view the same episode before it begins to bore you and they do seem to repeat these quite a lot, hollyoaks which is a soap opera aimed at young teenagers and early 20s but i have never been a big fan of this show, my name is Earl which i loved to watch to begin with as i had never seen this show before but like i said with friends it is repeated to death and does become irritating after watching it so many times,

there is usually a film on in the evening starting around 9pm they are usually quite old films from the early 90s but always good films that are enjoyable to watch.

This time of year wholst big brother is running they do have featurs of this like big brothers little brother but this is not something that realy interests me and wouldnt interest you unless you are a big brother fan aswell as a lot of live coverage from the big brother house.

To be honest channel 4 which is the company who own E4 is not a channel i watch very often as i dont find many programs on there that interest me but was kind of hoping that with E4 being marketed at the age group i fall into that i would enjoy this more, some shows are goood but you can get very bored of the repeats they have on there very easily and the channel looses its appeal after a while.

Summary: good shows aired to death
