*music* The music on the extreme channel are usually songs from the charts, like eminem or dr.dre and some times DIDO. i like most of the music on the extreme channel because it suites most of the sports on the channel. *stuff on the channel* the stuff on the extreme channel is usually good but most of it is usually watersports or bmx'in. my fav sport and what i do, skate boarding, is hardley ever on extreme, i hardley ever see it anyway. but i like some of the stuff what it shows on bmx'in. *why i think it is extreme* People jummping or riding off massive hights, people bailing and bleeding ... Ahhhhh, oooohhh and ouch is what you really say to yourself while watching this channel! The 'extreme' channel hit the digital screens about 3 or 4 months ago. It basically is an around the clock channel featueing crazy and 'dangerous' sports like BMXing, Inline-skating, a lot of snowboarding and many more so-called sports full of adrenilin pumping action! I found quite a few of the programmes featured contain basically amatuer filming, but this has a good side, you can see all the action from the novices attempting great tricks, for example, a backflip on a BMX! - Nuts! Having subscribed to a digital provider about 18 months ago and i was quite peeved to see that after splashing out quite a lot of money that there wasn't a channel dedicated to the extreme sports stars of the world. Then it arrived right under my nose one morning it was there channel 422 the 'Extreme' was here. The first programme that i saw was a thing on the X games in San Fransisco, and it was pretty nuts. There wa this one guy on the moto-cross course and he did a backflip of one of the ramps and he sort of half landed it and then bounced of, and much to my surprise he laid still for a while and then got up and carried on.
