THE BACKGROUND ************** At each race, there are two broadcasters in residence: The host broadcaster and Bernie Ecclestone's Formula One Administration. THe host broadcaster (ITV in the case of the British Grand Prix) co-ordinates the Free To Air coverage of each race. Bernie's company deals with the digital interactive service.
