Hi.I have expended thousand of pounds on items from Gems TV. Mostly diamonds. And I am quite desapointed to be honest above all because they have not treated me well. No good custumer service at all.Also, color and sizes are not as they show on Screen. They are different color and a lot smaller when you see them in person, so, very desapointed Return service is very poor. They do not confirm returns for days even if you have a probe of delivery from the Royal mail and keep nagging them every day. I still waiting for a confirmation and it's been 5 days already.I will not buy from them again.Eli

A huge garnet solitaire and a pair of topaz earrings(bought as a present) Firstly ordering is easy and the call centre operators are helpful and friendly.
