I used to be addicted to this channel, don't know why I was like 11 or 12 and I would just sit there watching them auction off these gems!! I was interested in geography and rocks and so on then, so that could be why... and it led me to my first purchase on Gemstv. ~~~PRODUCTS~~~ There was a wide range of products available, ranging from diamonds, to tanzanite, to quartz, to cubic circona... it was almost endless. On TV, they seem to show the same range over and over, with a few new additions everyday, whilst on the internet website, it is all there for you to see, you can choose which one you want and auction or buy it ... For those that don't know, GemsTV is a shopping channel with a difference. They only sell jewellery that they make themselves. They have a workshop in Thailand and buy gem stones direct from the mines, so they can sell their jewellery at lower prices than you'd find in the shops. And that brings us to the gems themselves. A vast array of gems that you probably won't have heard of before, along side the usual ones like diamond, sapphire, emerald, ruby, topaz etc etc. My favourite gem? Easy! Tanzanite. Its a beautiful blue colour, that also has flashes of purple in the right light - so thats my two fave colours in one stone then. It is only found in ... Read the complete review

Hi.
I have expended thousand of pounds on items from Gems TV. Mostly diamonds. And I am quite desapointed to be honest above all because they have not treated me well. No good custumer service at all.
Also, color and sizes are not as they show on Screen. They are different color and a lot smaller when you see them in person, so, very desapointed
Return service is very poor. They do not confirm returns for days even if you have a probe of delivery from the Royal mail and keep nagging them every day. I still waiting for a confirmation and it's been 5 days already.
I will not buy from them again.

GemsTV was the first channel to exclusively retail jewellery to the consumer. If you've been a viewer from the off, then you'll know it's changed a lot since the early days. The quality and clarity of the gems in particular has improved greatly. The buying process itself remains simple - call, confirm and keep watching! It's a relatively inexpensive and highly addictive way to shop for jewels. The channel itself thrives on a well honed feeling of community. Presenters are personable, differing and accessible to all. Buyers have their own forums and clubs - such is the passion of a true GemsTV'er. What GemsTV really excels at is customer services. This ... Read the complete review
