should be renamed raw deal world.
worst company i have ever dealt with in 40 years.
never answer calls to customer services,dont answer emails,faxes.
purchased a flexi bar pro but was an inferior shorter version on 04/07/07 and now on the 28/08/07 still no refund,almost 2 months.
call the order line and they answer within 30 secs.
be warned DO NOT BUY FROM IDEAL WORLD.
look at all the Bad reviews ans stay clear.minus 500 stars
