Stay clear of this shopping channel Ive been waiting for an order for over three weeks (which I am waIting to use) with no reason for the delay I was caught out once before but decided to give them another chance but I should have learnt my lesson the first time. They dont even answer emails, I wonder if the presenters on ideal world realise what a pathetic company they work for? perhaps if they did they would'nt be so eager to sell a product with their smily faces knowing what the customers have to put up with. Dave Bradford and the other chap should have stayed with QVC shopping channel, where the customers come first they answer phone calls and nothing too much trouble. In future I wont be putting that TV channel on and I warn other people not to be taken in with a second rate shopping channel
