Ideal world ...........I don't think so. I have ordered for a while from them, hoping against hope that the next delivery will be a little quicker than the last. Forget it. I have waited over one month for my last order for tie front trousers. I have been lied to basically. I emailed their customer service address many times, each time being told that the order is with the courier! Who is this courier? He certainly does not operate where I live very frequently. I can not get in touch with anyone in this country who may possibly be able to help. So...bottom line is this, I have persevered with them because their clothes are reasonably priced, but to get the benefit of this you actually have to have them to wear! Their programme may be enticing, but with a few exceptions -Pago Pago being one - I would advise, do not bother with a company who treats its customers with such comtempt.

Summary: Shop at QVC instead, they actually deliver your order.
