DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM IDEAL WORLD - EVER!

Worst customer service on the world.
Have just spent 3 months trying to get a faulty camera repaired.
Indian staff can say anything cos they know you won't turn up at their office!
Mythical "supervisors" are never available and don't return calls.
Head Office stay in their bunker and keep their heads down.
Regularly put on-hold for 10 minutes at a time. Hope to never hear a Spanish guitar again!

emails complaining about useless Customer service staff produce a reply which says "We see Customer services are already dealing with your complaint."


Terrible company. Rotten service. Will never buy anything from them ever again.
Camera shipped without the advertised memory card. Customer services lied and said the advert didn't mention a card. I guess someone must have taped the show cos they had to back down and ship the missing cards to people.
