Advantages: some good items

Disadvantages: difficult to order sometimes,high p&p, slow to make refunds

presenters on the whole very good but one or 2 really annoying
products OK but I have had to return a few items - they're VERY slow at making refunds - sometimes I've had to chase them up
craft products good - but watch prices!
very high p&p - £3.95 for a single DVD! I posted a DVD last week - 65p!!
Customer services hard to communicate with - English is their 2nd language so costs more on the phone!
sales staff the same - they seem to read off a card so if u ask them anything or interrupt their flow they seem confused & u end up starting again - more £ on phone!
Last week I tried to order stuff -
1. infirst 'died' 3 times on me
2. LONG queues on ordering line (said there were 2 minute queues but waited 10 mins then gave up
3. unable to get online - 'heavy trafftic' - gave up!!
