DON'T SHOP WITH IDEAL WORLD (Ideal World)

Please anyone out there thinking of buying a product from Ideal World - DON'T DO IT!! I ordered (and paid for) the Karcher pressure washer on Dec 4 2008; the automated tracking system informed me that the item was due to be delivered on Dec 11th; on Dec 20th still no Karcher; called Customer Services to be told a. that I would have to wait another 10 working days from estimated delivery (making the delivery date Dec 29 - for an item purchased as a christmas present!); then b. that the worst case scenario was delivery on Dec 31st; then C. that delivery would take place on Dec 24th; then d. when I asked for advice what advice the manager could give me, I was told to request a refund (which will take a minimum of 5 working days to process); so Ideal World will have had my money for almost a month - and I will have had nothing, but a large phone bill because Customer Services charges 10p per minute; to make matter worse, on Dec 20/21 Ideal World were still advertising the Karcher as able to be delivered before Christmas!
