Im not sure what your all going on about, i ordered 4 items that where guaranteed for xmas delivery and i got them all with days to spare. I have always recieved Great customer service Specially since they have moved it over to the UK.
Yes they hare pretty hard to get through to but when you do actually get through to someone they deal with your query brilliantly. I have never had any problems with Ideal World, i no different people have different experiences but mine have been brilliant. I spoke to a girl there today to place an order and she couldnt find it on the system as i didnt have the item number. i put the phone down and within minutes she rang me back telling me she had found it and went on to place the order for me. Its the service like that that makes me smile because contary to what most of you think.. Thank was Great Customer Service. Paula at Ideal World Customer service Thank You for your help... Not sure if i can mention any names but i will anyway.
I will carry on using the channel as i have no fault with it
