Very Poor services (Ideal World)

Ideal World. I wont bother again.

I gave Ideal World a second chance to improve their services. They are just as bad. Customer services are very bad and not interested in any problems. The web site is very slow to update recent activities and their home delivery company is a joke. I was expecting a parcel last friday(web page comfirmed this). I rang the delivery people who told me they finish at 7pm for deliveries. At 5pm i rechecked the web to read that my parcel was back at the depot. I rang them to be told that my road was blocked and the van was unable to deliver.What a joke.
Save your time and money and use another shopping company. Just another point. I wish i had checked the alternatives. The deal of the day i had purchased is £20 cheaper on Amazon. Ideal World........ Never ever again in a million years.
