Like the other review. I also ordered the Bissell Proheat 2x 9200E carpet cleaner with a bonus 3 free wash and protect solution from Ideal World back on the 18th April 2009. Like the other reviewer, I never received the bonus 3 pack wash and protect. Upon speaking to Ideal World CS in India several times and sending countless nos of e-mails I was promised numerous times that the solution would be sent out to me. Still nothing after 6 months. As a last ditch attempt I wrote a letter 4 weeks ago to the Head of CS. I finally got a call from them apologizing for the error and was advised that they would refund me £20.00. Persistance pays off I received the £20.00 seven days later. Stick to QVC if ordering anything from shopping channels, 100% satisfaction problems get resolved, money is refunded plus a CS in Liverpool.
