I have never experienced such bad customer service as I have with ideal world.
Not able to get any form of customer service from india at 10p a minute I went searching for a UK contact number but none to be found.
I looked at the list of presenters and saw that Dave Bradford done a radio show so I sent him an email on wave radio. He phoned me and arranged for Garth Parker to phone me from ideal world. Now this really proves that bad customer service starts at the top.
Garth Parker phoned me that same day and arranged for my faulty oven to be collected and said he would arrange for a new one to be sent out....Two weeks past and still no oven and no replies to my many phone calls and messages left. The reason was he had taken a two week break and no one was dealing with my complaint. The new oven arrived but was two ltr's less capacity that oven was collected and then eventually the new correct capacity oven arrived.
The fist time I used it the glass cracked I phoned Garth again and left a message got no reply so phoned ideal world reception who said that as I had so many problems the best thing was for them to give me a refund, now that made me feel like a valued customer.
Garth Parker phoned me later that day and arranged with me for the oven to be collected today (Monday 16th April) I have waited in all day and no one has been.
Would I purchase from ideal world again HELL NO
