IW Customer Services Dept, JOKE

Had a faulty item that neede collecting phoned IW CS kept on the phone for ages trying to arrange a collection, bearing in mind the item I bought was £300 and had it for only 4 weeks when it broke down completely dead machine. Emailed CS Dept several times never responded , have even sent a letter of complaint to their CS manager, still being ignored, the level of service is appaling and disgusting they just do not reply in any form whether it be phone email or letter, finally after umpteen phone calls to their callcentre based in India (wherelse) where I couldnt be understood by the adviser and I couldnt understand what he was saying either I managed to get my faulty machine collected 2 weeks after my first phone call to CS to arrange this. Can anyone tell me why IW find it so difficult to get items collected straightaway, why does one have to wait weeks. Each time you are on the phone to their call centre it costs money as you are being kept on hold and then spend a good hour being understood, Why cant they use an English call centre is beyond me.
After experiencing appaling bad cs I emailed a presenter of theirs who forwarded my email that was full of complaints to a Gareth Parker from CS who then tried ringing me, now this is where it gets worse than ever, he asked me in the email had my item been collected as he couldnt see from the notes that they had, that a collection had indeed been arranged, joke or what. he asked me what number he should get me so we could discuss the complaint verbally , as the number he tried ringing me on was unobtainable, of course it would of been as I have moved house 3 years ago since that number was in use, I updated my details with CS when I moved house and area, what a joke IW CS are, the level of their service leaves a lot to be desired, main areas they need to improve on is replying asap, not ignoring emails or letters or not bothering to ring back when they say are going to and using a reliable quick collection company notone that takes weeks to collect once arranged. I have been a customer for 12 years but after this incident no longer will I purchase off them and I am appalled and disgusted at the fact my faulty item wont be replaced only repaired when I only bought it 5 weeks ago.
