JOY PAD 8.9 Faulty Tablet

I purchased a Joy TAB 9.7 inch HD Touch screen 16GB on the 19th August 2012.
A few days after delivery it developed a fault with the screen, you type on the screen say a letter j and s would be displayed .
As per their returns policy i rang the customer services department on 24/ 8/2012 and informed them that i would like to return it and asked for a full refund.
The adviser could hardly understand English ,i had to repeat myself numerous times to make myself understood.
Including waiting on the line it took 20 minutes to report this faulty and at a cost of £8.00 on my phone bill.
Agreeing that they would arrange for a courier to contact me via email to collect the tablet i waited a number of days but no email was received.
I emailed their customer services department on the 29th August 2012 and received an auto reply,and that i would be contacted asap.
i received no email,so i emailed their department again on the 03 September 2012,again an auto reply ,but no contact by customer services department.
After no contact again i emailed on the 07 September 2012 again an auto reply!!
As i write this it's been nearly 3 weeks since i contacted them(at my expense) and have not been contacted to arrange the pickup of this faulty tablet.
What do you do ??
Summary: Last order they will get from me!!! Rubbish
