I'll never buy another thing from this company and would advise everyone to BEWARE. I bought sandals and, on the advice of the presenters, bought a size smaller. When they came the were a normal width and not broad as they said so I returned them and asked for a bigger size. Out of stock and weeks later got a poor letter back which I had to phone up to clarify. Excessive postage charges and then the cost of returning them, I am severely out of pocket and I have nothing to show for it. Complained and got a phone call from customer 'services' saying I was getting no refund whatsoever (apart from the cost of the sandals). I explained that it was on their advice that I took a smaller size but they wouldn't budge. If I'd known, I could have resold the sandals. GRRR!
They have lost a good customer with their policy so I am warning others. The length of time they take to send items is very poor.
