They charge a ridiculous amount for postage and packing which adds loads on to the cost. Try buying several items and you get a separate post and packing charge for each that gets added on after you've agreed the purchase on the internet-reputable companies don't trade this way. Ideal World generally has good prices but you should always do an independent check before buying. Customer services don't seem to know where the missing orders are.
