Ideal for those who want to see the news in as little time as possible - Advantages: Non Stop News - no chat shows, Enahnced TV on Cable, Top class news readers and reporters - Disadvantages: Not many Live link ups to reporters, Short stories resulting in the same output for some hours at a time, No Trevor McDonald!

We already have news channels like SKY NEWS, CNN and BBC NEWS 24 and now ITN have recently launched their own news channel. After watching it, it seems to be a very simple channel, there’s just one presenter presenting at each time. The channel says its just 24hr news without any in between programmes. The ITN News Channel has an Interactive feature, but at the moment this is not accessible to everybody including me, but it can be accessed by visiting www.itn.co.uk The channel is very well presented and is easy to watch but I would rather watch BBC NEWS 24 because the ITN News Channel is just like watching a repeat of the ITV news over and over again. ... Well what can you say. ITN a programme just for news what more could you ask for? Well more good news would be a start, but wouldn't everyone. The thing that really confuses me is how each channel broadcasting the same news always seem to have that little bit of different information how do they do that? They are probably all stood around in the same area! I know the news companies don't like to get things wrong but sometimes they do don't they, and for the public hanging on every word said it sometimes causes big problems. Look at the Fuel crisis for instance. I am not saying that ITN got it wrong but within hours of the protesters protesting it ... Read the complete review
