Advantages: a lot of new programmes

Disadvantages: may not be everyone's taste

Living TV is a channel that is on Sky and Cable. I believe the channel was owned by Telewest, but i'm not sure if it is still under them now.

Living is on Sky channel 112 and Cable 110. There is a +1 hour of this channel as well, and I know on Sky it is the next channel along, but am not sure of the Cable listing.

Living is a channel I watch quite a lot, as the programming is alright on it. I think the main market for this channel is meant to be female, aged between 25-40, as was stated by Living years ago, but any age or gender i'm sure can watch this and enjoy.

So what type of programmes are on this channel? The channel runs from 7am-5.30am 7 days a week and has shows like

Australia's Next Top Model
Grey's Anatomy
Charmed
America's Next Top Model
Ghost Whisperer
Most Haunted
CSI
Lipstick Jungle

It tend to show a lot of the new shows and the good thing about this channel is the amount of new content it will show. For example Lipstick Jungle is a new show over here from the creator of Sex and the city and it has been on Living for the last few weeks. America's next top model is always shown exclusivley here as well.

As I say I do like this channel and do watch it often, but admit the content isn't exactly stimulating often. I keep saying I will stop watching America's next top model, but always get sucked into watching it.

An entertaining channel and since I am 28, it probably appeals to me how it should!
