Advantages: Great shows that I love to watch

Disadvantages: I forget to get the house work done!

Whilst at home with my youngest I have become a complete television addict. I go onto the tv guide area of Sky and I know exactly what stations I care about and what to not even bother looking at. I've mentioned in a previous review that I enjoy watching Americas Next Top Model but Living Tv has won my affection with a lot more than just that. Just to list a few ...

Lipstick Jungle:
Based on the best-selling book by Candace Bushnell, it follows three high-powered friends as they weather the ups and downs of lives. Nico (Kim Raver), editor-in-chief of a hot fashion magazine, wants to become a CEO. Movie executive Wendy (Brook Shields) is trying to find the work / life balance. And designer Victory (Lindsey Price) is on the look out for the right man along with trying to accomplish her dreams. My mum says this show is just trying to cling to the heels of Sex and the City and its success, but i never saw Sex and the City so I can't really comment.

CSI (miami too):
Crime Scene Investigation. I really enjoy these types of shows. They keep you on your toes and thinking. At first I only watched CSI (Los Vegas) and thought that Miami and New York versions would be just copies but in another city. I was bored one day and started to watch an epidsode of CSI Miami and have to say it was very different and fun to watch. the shows follow the investigation and lab units of the police force as they try to solve crimes, murders and such. Included in following the plot lines of each show you also get taken on a ride of learning the personal lives of each character. Now and again the show will end on a cliff hanger and although irritating not to know until the next airing what will happen it keeps you guessing and interested.
Staring:
Vegas: Laurence Fishburne, Marg Helgenberger, George Eads, Eric Szmanda, Robert David Hall, Wallace Langham, Lauren Lee Smith,
and Paul Guilfoyle

Criminal Minds:
This show revolves around an elite team of FBI people who look into America's most twisted criminals. Anticipating their next moves, before they make them. Each member of the team brings their own area of expertise to the show as they identify motives, triggers and the like of the criminals they are investigating.
Staring:
Thomas Gibson, Matthew Gray Gubler, Shemar Moore, Kirsten Vangsness, A. J. Cook, Joe Mantegna, and Paget Brewster.

Living Tv brings a lot of shows that keep my attention. There are also some one off airings that I find very interesting such as one that is due to start soon called Rehab. This is going to follow a number of people in the public eye who have certain addictions such as drugs, plastic surgery, eating disorders and so on.

Summary: Lots of viewing for many interests
