A digital TV channel available on Sky and Virgin Media. It's core demographic is young women, but a number of shows have general appeal. In recent years the channel seems to have had more investment and resources put into it by its owners. This has led to better programming and more homegrown content which rivals Sky1. Such programming includes Four Weddings, Pop Goes The Band, Dating In The Dark, Most Haunted and Britain's Next Top Model. Aquired content from the States include drama series Medium, CSI, Ghost Whisperer, Criminal Minds and Cougar Town. Reality such as The Bachelor, Next Top Model franchise and fashion shows fill up the schedule.

The channel has alot of premium content that is not available on Freeview. Courtney Cox's sitcom is exclusive to Living and has managed to pull in large audiences. This kind of programming makes Living a key channel and one of the main digital channels not owned by a terrestial broadcaster. I've been hooked on a number of series, and Living TV shows fill up my DVR. Essential viewing in my book for men and women alike.
